License Types & Access Levels

Professional Licences

Hypnusic clinical music is intended for use in professional healthcare, therapeutic and research settings.

Access to the compositions is granted through different professional licences, adapted to the modes of practice of clinicians and institutions.

These licences ensure:

• appropriate clinical integration,
• ethical and responsible use,
• continuity of the therapeutic experience when relevant.

Depending on the licence chosen, access to the works may be provided:

• via secure professional streaming, allowing controlled access for patients and healthcare teams;
• via professional download, intended for direct use in private practice by the practitioner.

🟢 Secure clinical streaming (institutions and teams)

Certain licences allow secure streaming access to be provided to patients and healthcare teams.

This enables listening:

• outside clinical sessions,
• at home or in everyday life,
• on personal devices,
• within a clearly defined therapeutic framework.

This streaming access does not constitute public broadcasting.

It is neither commercial streaming nor public radio broadcasting.

It is a clinical tool, communicated, contextualised and supervised by healthcare professionals.

🟢 Private practice licence (professional download)

For practitioners working individually in private practice, a specific licence allows the use of the works via downloadable audio files.

This licence allows:

• the use of the works as musical support during individual sessions,
• complete autonomy for the practitioner in the use of the audio files.

This licence does not include streaming and does not allow redistribution of the files.

Patients who wish to listen to the works outside the practice can obtain personal access via the distribution platform.

🟦 Individual Professional License

Private Clinical Practice

This annual license is intended for healthcare professionals working in private practice, following multiple patients.

It allows:

use of the music during individual clinical or therapeutic sessions,
secure streaming access provided to patients,
regular listening by patients at home as part of their therapeutic support.

Streaming access is strictly limited to patients effectively followed by the professional and remains under their clinical responsibility.

🟦 Group Practice License

Small Clinics & Multidisciplinary Practices

This annual license is adapted to small clinics, group practices, and multidisciplinary care structures.

It allows:

use by several professionals within the same structure,
integration across defined clinical services,
secure streaming access for patients,
home listening to support continuity of care.

Access is limited to patients followed within the structure and remains part of the institutional therapeutic framework.

🟦 Institutional License

Hospitals & University Hospitals

This annual institutional license is designed for hospitals and university hospitals.

It allows:

use across an unlimited number of clinical services,
integration into institutional care pathways,
listening by patients and healthcare staff,
secure streaming access for patients outside the hospital when clinically appropriate.

This model supports large-scale clinical deployment while respecting institutional protocols, ethics, and responsibilities.

🟦 Licence – private practice (solo practitioner)

Therapists in private practice

This professional licence is intended for practitioners working individually in private practice (psychologists, psychotherapists, physicians, music therapists, hypnotherapists, etc.).

It allows:

• the use of the clinical musical works during individual sessions in private practice,
• use via downloaded audio files, providing full autonomy for the practitioner,
• simple integration of the music into everyday therapeutic practice.

This licence does not include streaming access.

The audio files are intended exclusively for the practitioner’s professional use and may not be copied, shared or made available to patients.

Patients who wish to listen to the works outside the practice may obtain individual access via the distribution platform.

Responsible use

All professional licenses are:

non-exclusive,
non-transferable,
limited to clinical, therapeutic, or research use.

The music remains the exclusive intellectual property of its author.
Use must comply with professional ethics, patient safety, and institutional responsibility.

Access requests and licensing information

Professional and institutional access requests are reviewed individually.

Licensing conditions and access details are communicated after review of the request, in accordance with the intended professional use.
