Listening excerpt

Selected excerpts from musical suites used at the University Hospital of Liège

These hypnosedative compositions are clinically designed to support regulation of the autonomic nervous system, helping to reduce anxiety, ease pain, promote sleep, and support deep recovery.

Developed through research at CHU Liège and validated in a peer-reviewed clinical study (PLOS ONE, 2021), they have been used in clinical hypnosedation for over a decade.

Professionally mixed and remastered, the recordings preserve acoustic precision while maintaining the warmth and sensitivity of a genuinely human sound.

From Therapeutic Suggestion to Musical Structure

Some recordings include human voices from clinicians involved in the therapeutic process, all of them experienced psychologists and recognized hypnotherapists.
These vocal elements are not intended as performance, but as presence, supporting hypnotic suggestion and emotional safety.

The therapeutic suggestions conveyed through the music were shaped through close clinical dialogue: metaphors first articulated in hypnotherapy were then translated into instrumental composition and extended musical structures.

These same metaphors are echoed visually in the album covers, each image functioning as a supportive symbolic cue. For example,* Journey Skywards is rooted in the suggestion of “travelling light”,  an invitation to let go of unnecessary burdens in life, carried both by the music and the imagery.

The instrumental compositions draw on a broad palette – piano, synthesizers, bass, acoustic and electric guitars – structured to support progressive sensory regulation.

The recordings were professionally mixed and remastered in studio with sound engineers, ensuring acoustic precision while preserving the warmth and sensitivity of a genuinely human sound.

🎼 Hypnosedative Protocol of CHU Liège

The sequence of the pieces follows the protocol validated by the teams at the University Hospital of Liège
(Prof. Marie-Elisabeth Faymonville and collaborators).

This progression supports:

  • induction
  • maintenance
  • re-emergence of a stable hypno-sedative state

Recommended order:
Soothing White Clouds → Haven of Peace → Path to Dreams → Wading Colours → Tune Collection → Journey Skywards → Keep Evolving

Each composition fits into a precise neurophysiological logic, optimizing modulation of the autonomic nervous system and body–mind synchronisation.
